Terms and Conditions
We are a small shop so please be patient while we process your order. Most parts orders ship within 3 to 5 working days. Barrels typically ship in 5-10 working days. Quick ship uppers typically ship in 5-10 working days.
UPPERS SHIP VIA UPS!!! YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING. IF YOU DO NOT YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS.
All semi-custom production Flat Top uppers (non-quick ship) are subject to demand and product availability. Typically, they will ship in 2-4 weeks (depending on customization). Due to the nature of the firearms market, it may take longer.
Our Legacy uppers are a fully custom product. These are not off the shelf items. Most of the legacy components are custom made for us. Due to lack of availability, do not wait when you see something that is available to order. If you see a add to cart, we have the components to build the upper. Once we are out it will be a while before we have more.
Custom builds, we require deposit paid in full at time of order. All custom builds do have a 100% deposit, 50% of it is a nonrefundable deposit.
Business days are Monday through Friday. In times of high demand, trade show, or inclement weather this time may be extended. Our website does not display live inventory. While we stock most of our products, we may run out from time to time. We will do our best to notify you as soon as we know of a problem. Once orders are placed, we are unable amend or cancel them.
Warranty:
Our complete custom upper assemblies have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects (normal wear and tear is not covered). Upper assemblies without BCG and charging handle are covered with a 30-day limited warranty. Parts have a 30-day warranty. We will repair and/or replace any upper that is defective due to manufacturer defect. We do not send return labels for warranty work. If the problem determined to be caused by customer supplied components (i.e., customer supplied BCG, charging handle, improper installation, & etc.), customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, charged for all repairs (parts, ammunition, and shop time) at our current rate. Current rate is $65 per hour with a minimum one-hour charge.
Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items excluding uppers & barrels (these may not be returned, nor will be refunded) within 30 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee. We will waive the fee if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item, cosmetic differences excluded all pictures are for representation only). Please request an RMA under the order and send all correspondence via the order messaging system with that order. We do not send return labels. Any items sent back without RMA will not be accepted. RMA number must be written on the outside of the box and the RMA paperwork included with the return.
All cancelations of orders excluding uppers (these may not be returned, nor will be refunded) are subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the sale. Chargebacks are subject to a $250 administrative fee per occurrence and subject to collections. All chargebacks will be sent to collections for the $250 fee and 50% of sale. If you have received product, you will be assessed all costs and fees incurred by TNTE Sales Inc. Once your account goes to collections, we are no longer in control of it.
Changes to an existing order for an upper are subject to a $25 fee per occurrence (i.e., changing of flash hiders, quad rails, BCG’s etc.). You may not change your upper order to a parts order without paying the 20% fee. All cancelations and returns are subject to management approval. Returns in the form of store credit only. You should expect to receive your store credit within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Store credit expires 1 year after issue.
Missing & Damaged product:
We must be notified within 5 working days of receiving your package of any missing items. Any missing item or in-transit damage claims must be filed by TNTE. If we do not file, the claim we are unable to assist in the process and will be held harmless for the outcome of all claims not filed by us.
Missing packages, we must file the claim with UPS, please notify us as soon as the package is late by more than two working days. Please allow up to 30 days for the investigation to be resolved. We may refund or replace depending on availability of items at the time.
Uppers are non-returnable & non-refundable.
TNTE Sales Inc. (TNTE) reserves the right to cancel an order at any time and assess appropriate fees without prior notice if TNTE believes in its sole discretion that the customer has failed to pay customers bill, exhibited rude aberrant behavior, profane, vulgar, or explicit language, threatened or harassed any TNTE employee or TNTE et al, We are professionals and expect you to act the same, TNTE deems that the products ordered are illegal to possess or own in your locale, or violates polices herein. Any changes are subject to management approval.
Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and ALL products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. All uppers are shipped by UPS and will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS AS YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. Please make arrangements to receive your item(s). If an order is returned to us for non-delivery, the receiver shall be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred, and they will be deducted from any refund issued pursuant to our Refund Policy.
