5.56 M-16 A2 Style Upper 1/7 Chrome Lined Hammer Forged

It took some time searching for a company that could build as accurate a retro M16A2 upper as possible and TNTE delivered. It was stunning to unbox this when it came in. Fit and finish were beautiful. The hand guards feel solid in hand. This upper rocks the 8/3 rear elevation drum standard with the A2 (vs. the 6/3 drum of the A4 / detachable carry handles). And the first range trip was impressive. Sights were so dialed from TNTE that I had the upper zeroed in less than a box of ammo. I was also impressed with the groupings getting 3-ish MOA with standard 55 gr M193 spec 5.56 ammo at 100 yards with *MY* skill level and iron sights. I'm an ok shot but just that. So I was more than pleased. No doubt with better ammo and a better marksman the right shooter can wring tighter groups. Can't recommend TNTE and this upper enough. Hats off to them for putting out such a quality, retro-faithful upper and for helping me through the a mail-in order process. The company's patience is also much appreciated.
