Returns
Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items excluding uppers & barrels (these may not be returned, nor will they be refunded) within 30 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee. We will waive the fee if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item, cosmetic differences excluded all pictures are for representation only). Please request an RMA under the order and send all correspondence via the order messaging system with that order. We do not send return labels. Any items sent back without RMA will not be accepted. RMA number must be written on the outside of the box and the RMA paperwork included with the return.
All cancelations of orders excluding uppers (these may not be returned, nor will they be refunded) are subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the sale. Chargebacks are subject to a $250 administrative fee per occurrence and subject to collections. All chargebacks will be sent to collections for the $250 fee and 50% of sale. If you have received the product, you will be assessed all costs and fees incurred by TNTE Sales Inc. Once your account goes to collections, we are no longer in control of it.
Changes to an existing order for an upper are subject to a $25 fee per occurrence (i.e., changing of flash hiders, quad rails, BCG’s etc.). You may not change your upper order to a parts order without paying the 20% fee. All cancelations and returns are subject to management approval. Returns in the form of store credit only. Store credit expires one year after issue. You should expect to receive your store credit within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Store credit expires 1 year after issue.
Missing & Damaged product:
We must be notified within 5 working days of receiving your package of any missing items. Any missing item or in-transit damage claims must be filed by TNTE. If we do not file, the claim we are unable to assist in the process and will be held harmless for the outcome of all claims not filed by us.
Missing packages, we must file the claim with UPS, please notify us as soon as the package is late by more than two working days. Please allow up to 30 days for the investigation to be resolved. We may refund or replace depending on the availability of items at the time.
Uppers are non-returnable & non-refundable.
TNTE Sales Inc. (TNTE) reserves the right to cancel an order at any time and assess appropriate fees without prior notice if TNTE believes in its sole discretion that the customer has failed to pay customers bill, exhibited rude aberrant behavior, profane, vulgar, or explicit language, threatened or harassed any TNTE employee or TNTE et al, We are professionals and expect you to act the same, TNTE deems that the products ordered are illegal to possess or own in your locale, or violates polices herein. Any changes are subject to management approval.
