Until we have clarification on our requirements for AB1263 and SB704, we will only ship to your FFL. Any orders sent directly to you will be canceled. Asking sellers to keep records of the common-use items you’ve purchased, in our opinion, violates the spirit of the 2A. Nothing we sell should ever have to go to an FFL or require a form just because of the state you live in. For us, the requirement to store the form, order details, and your ID is an outrageous overreach.
