TNTE 5.56mm 1:7 twist mid-length Barrel, 12.5" 41V50 Vanadium alloy mil-spec steel, fully machined and assembled with extension, chrome lined bore and chamber for optimum performance and durability, drilled gas port, phosphate finish. These have a proper .750 gas block size with modern M4 extension, contour, and 1/7 twist. All the modern conveniences with the old school feel. Front sight base is attached with taper pins. Includes barrel, barrel nut, triangle endcap. Sling mount and front sight post are not included. Mid-Length round handguards use a triangle cap.

Received my barrel in about a week, which was sooner than expected based some other reviews I read about TNTE. Everything passed initial visual inspection. The profile is slightly heavier than a govt profile which is exactly what I wanted. Installation into the upper and of the muzzle device went smoothly. First range trip tested gas function; bolt locked back using. 223 ammo non-supressed. Was a little over gassed with Rex MG7 suppressor. Added a BRT eztune .078 gas tube and it decreased the overgass while still functioning with .223 ammo. Accuracy was about 2-3moa using a variety on M193 ammo and just a 1x Aimpoint Micro. Potential 1-2moa accuracy with good ammo and some magnification. Very happy with this purchase.
